The City of Helen

Our final stop for the day was the Bavarian themed city of Helen.

We had dinner on the patio of the Hofbrauhaus Restaurant, which sits right on the Chattahoochee River.

I had the Schmorbraten; beef chuck roast with potatoes and carrots.

Brasstown Bald

Our first full day in Georgia started with a beautiful sunrise over the mountains.

After exploring the top, we decided to take a lovely little trail back down to the parking lot.
