Piccadilly Circus and Sky Garden

After The National Gallery we made our way to Piccadilly Circus.

We had to check out Hatchards; opened in 1797 it is the oldest bookshop in the United Kingdom.

Max looking for books.

Max in front of the Duke of Wellington statue.

We decided to make a quick visit to Sky Garden, London’s highest public garden. I came before in 2019 and got to see the skyscrapers lit up at night. On this visit, we got to see the sunset over the city.

Looking out towards east London. A stunning view of The Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, the sun reflecting off skyscrapers in the distance, and storm clouds further back.

Myself and Max enjoying the view.

Having a delicious cider and taking in the scenery.

On the way back to our hotel we stopped at KOI Ramen Bar for dinner. I got the Old Skool Shoyu and Max got the Chicken Katsu.
